If you're here, it's likely that you're wondering when, or if, Saw X will be born. I'm enthusiastic to tell you that, although there is no current release date, the script has been written! Jigsaw and Spiral’s screenwriter, Josh Stolberg, took to Twitter after a fan asked him if a seemingly fan made "Saw X" poster had any truth to it. Josh stated "I can't comment on anything that hasn't been officially announced by #TwistedPictures or @Lionsgate. What I can tell you is that this is my favourite script of the three #Saw movies I've written." In 2021, he tweeted "What I can promise you is that this is gonna make John Kramer fans very happy!!!" which caused speculation that the tenth instalment may be told through Kramer's perspective. January of 2022 saw a rising news outlet, One Take News, claim that Saw X will take place at an undisclosed time before Saw III. From this information, we can only hope that Saw X will reach our expectations and hold up to our theories. After all, the games are just beginning.
